I don't think that the cameras in
London are for the purpose of watching human beings.
I think that the cameras
are for watching "things" that only show up on digital media.
Example:
I took this
picture at a Georgia campground in 2005. It's of an unoccupied rental
car we had.
There was nothing in it.
No "Teddy Bears" in front of
the steering wheel !!
99.9% of Human Beings are good people just
going about their business and Big Brother knows this.
Sorry, but after the
harassment I had to undergo I'm convinced that "terrorists" are on BB's
payroll and not in need of "discovery".
The cameras are for another
purpose....
and oh yeah -
The terrorist boogymen sealed the deal
for those cameras. (Martial law and all that).
The powers that
be are monitoring "things" that are a silly milameter away from your field of
vision;

Just as ESP, (not EVP), communication is
a only couple of hz above normal, human hearing but shows up on
recordings.
